Kathleen Penton

Kathleen Penton has been a proud resident of Picayune since the 5th grade. She is the mother of two children, Connie and Donnie, and has dedicated her career and service to the community she calls home.

Kathleen devoted 42 years to Crosby Memorial Hospital, where she served as Director of the Business Office and Information Systems. In this role, she gained extensive experience in leadership, operations, and information management, and she valued the opportunity to contribute to the hospital’s mission and to serve patients, staff, and the broader community.

Her involvement with the Senior Center began as a volunteer, where she discovered a passion for supporting the programs and services that enrich the lives of Seniors. Seventeen years ago, she transitioned from volunteer to staff member, a role she continues to embrace with dedication and pride.

Kathleen considers it an honor to be part of the Senior Center team. She is deeply committed to its mission and is proud to contribute to an organization that provides such meaningful resources, connections, and opportunities to Seniors in Pearl River County.
