The venue at the Senior Center of South Pearl River County is just what you are looking for! With beautiful rooms, and prices that are lower then many other venues, the Senior Center is the perfect place for any occasion.

Our facility has a main dining room, an activity room, a ballroom, a large commercial kitchen, and an annex. We also have a certain number of tables and chair already provided, and you may use them for your event.

Dining Room

 

The main dining room is a wonderful place to host a dinner or party. You can comfortably seat around 75 in the main dining room, and tables and chairs are already set up. You are free to move them according to the need of your event and decorate them if you wish.

Activities Room

 

 The activities room is a smaller, closed room to the immediate left of the entrance way. This room is provided at no extra cost to those renting the dining room or both the dining room and ballroom. Double doors can be opened into the dining room if you wish to provide more seating for your guests (there is room for around 25), though many people who have catered events use this room for food. The activities room includes a refrigerator and sink which you may use.

Ballroom

 

The ballroom is the perfect place for dancing. It is also the perfect room for those big events that simply need more room than the main dining room alone provides, such as bigger parties, weddings, and receptions. It has several windows to let in lots of sunlight and a large mirror on the far wall. The ballroom cannot be rented by itself, only along with the main dining room.

Kitchen

 

You have the option of renting our full size commercial kitchen for your event. We have a gas stove with six burners, a built in griddle, and two ovens. There are two large sinks, two smaller sinks, and plenty of counter space. We also have pots, pans and an icemaker that you may use.

Annex

 

The annex is perfect for smaller and events and meetings, and can be rented by itself. Fire code will only allow a maximum of 42 people in this room, so please plan your event accordingly. The annex does include its own restroom facilities, as well as a small sink and counter space outside the restroom.
